分不清自己是哪种？Mac 上点左上角苹果菜单 → 「关于本机」，「芯片」一栏写 Apple M… 就选 Apple Silicon，写 Intel 就选 Intel。Linux 那一档是无头 daemon（没有界面，用来把服务器变成一台可远程接管的主机）；iOS 没有可下载的包，从源码用自己的 Apple ID 编译安装。 Not sure which you have? On a Mac, open the Apple menu → About This Mac: if the chip line says Apple M… take Apple Silicon, if it says Intel take Intel. The Linux build is the headless daemon (no window — it turns a server into a host you can take over remotely). iOS has no download; build it from source and sign with your own Apple ID.

应用尚未做代码签名The app isn't code-signed yet

所以 macOS 首次打开时可能提示「打不开」或「已损坏」。这是未签名应用的正常表现，不是文件坏了。用下面任一种方式打开即可。 So macOS may say it "can't be opened" or "is damaged" the first time. That's what an unsigned app looks like — the file is fine. Use either method below.

方式一 · 右键打开Option 1 · Right-click to open

    打开下载好的 .dmg，把 myFlowForge 拖进「应用程序」。Open the .dmg and drag myFlowForge into Applications.

    在「应用程序」里右键点击 myFlowForge → 打开。Right-click myFlowForge in Applications → Open.

  3. 3

    在弹出的对话框里再点一次打开。之后就能正常双击启动了。Click Open once more in the dialog. Double-clicking works normally from then on.

方式二 · 终端一行命令Option 2 · One line in Terminal

如果右键打开还是被拦，运行这行去掉隔离属性： If right-click still gets blocked, strip the quarantine attribute: 

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/myFlowForge.app

这条命令只对这一个应用生效，不改系统的安全设置。 This affects only that one app — it doesn't change your system's security settings.

系统System

macOS 11 Big Sur 或更新版本。Apple Silicon 与 Intel 都有对应安装包。目前只打 macOS 包；基于 Electron，其他平台可从源码自行构建。 macOS 11 Big Sur or newer. Builds exist for both Apple Silicon and Intel. Only macOS is packaged today; being Electron-based, other platforms can be built from source.

至少一个编码 CLIAt least one coding CLI

Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、Gemini、qoder…… 装一个就能用，装几个就能编排几个。没装的会在设置里给出安装引导。 Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, qoder… one is enough to start; the more you have, the more you can orchestrate. Missing ones come with install guidance in Settings.

Git

工作区靠 git worktree 做隔离，所以需要本机有 git（macOS 装了 Xcode 命令行工具就有）。 Workspaces isolate via git worktrees, so git must be available (you have it once Xcode Command Line Tools are installed).
